The PLD cell-free protein expression kit relies on T7 transcription and the intrinsic translation machinery of E. coli. The reaction system contains all the biological components required for transcription, translation, protein folding, and energy regeneration, including ribosomes, tRNAs, molecular chaperones, metabolic enzymes, and translation initiation and elongation factors. The kit can use PCR products or circular plasmids as templates; simply add your template to initiate the reaction.Rapid and efficient protein expression.
