Cell-free system
Cell-Free Protein Synthesis (CFPS) does not rely on living cells and directly synthesizes proteins in vitro. Relying on its independently developed cell-free protein expression platform, PLD Technology achieved efficient and rapid synthesis of proteins that are difficult to express in cells (such as membrane proteins), becoming a savior for difficult-to-express proteins.

Some successful protein expression cases
The proteins synthesised by the cell-free expression system have comparable or even better protein activities than other prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression platforms. Taking IL-2 as an example, the IL-2 activity of PLD Technology is comparable to that of an imported brand of IL-2 expressed in CHO cells, and also better than that of a domestic brand of prokaryotic expression product.
